This program is for those who want to discover how to use food to thrive and feel if they are pointed in the right direction, they can take it from there. We set you up for success, you self-guide through the majority of the foods on your own after seeing how it works.

How our method works:
Phase 1
- 7 Days -
- Nourish and alkalize with vegetables, whole grains, legumes, seeds, Green Juices and shakes
- Fill in your personalized tracker each day
- Receive Coach guidance through 2 phone meetings and 2 email check-ins the first week
Phase 2
- 2+ Weeks -
- Days 7 – 10: Your Bloom unfolds and sets you up to discover how food is impacting energy, weight, mood, allergies and more
- Coach guides you toward your goals for first two weeks and prepares you to test remaining foods on your own.
