PRE-PROGRAM GUIDELINES

For optimal safety and the best experience, it is important to have a transition phase prior to beginning a dietary shift.

The length of time required depends upon the current diet. Many of our clients only require 1 week of Pre-Program Guidelines, but for anyone that regularly consumes artificial sweeteners or fast food we recommend a full month.

2 WEEKS –
1 MONTH OUT :

Remove Artificial Sweeteners and
Fried & Fast Food

1 to 2/day or less = 2 Weeks
More than 2/day = 1 Month

More than 3X/week = 1 Month


1 WEEK OUT:

Remove Caffeine / Coffee

STEP-BY-STEP
1.
Fill in simple forms to establish Pre-Program baseline levels of energy, weight, mood, sleep, allergies, pain, hormones and more.Using these levels, we create a LoveLife Method Discovery Tracker which serves as the daily communication tool between you and your Coach.

2.
Start LoveLife Method’s first phase , Simplify & Nourish. Fill in tracker (2-5 minutes/day) and receive daily email with real time guidance and analysis from your LoveLife Coach, the ULTIMATE in customization and accountability!

3.
After eliminating Food Intolerances, optimizing Carbs and Proteins, nourishing your system with real foods in our unique Phase 1 system – you are poised to experience your personal Bloom. Bloom typically appears between Days 7 to Day 1 0 and is noted through the tracking process.

4.
Once your personal bloom is established in the beginning of Phase 2, continue receiving daily feedback from Coach throughout Phase 2 to learn how to use food to keep your bloom blooming.

  • Receive customized Discovery Tracker
  • Personal greeting from your LoveLIfe Coach who can answer questions
PHASE 1

SIMPLIFY & NOURISH = 7 DAYS
Set yourself up for success and Reset

  • Simplify and replace with alkalizing and nourishing foods, juices and shakes
  • Eliminate 1 2 of the most common inflammatory foods
  • Begin optimizing carbohydrates and proteins through our unique system
  • Eat 3 meals/day + snacks, juices, shakes and teas
  • Begin daily tracking of your energy, sleep, weight, mood, digestion + foods
  • Receive daily guidance (M-F) from your LoveLife Coach + 2-3 meetings
PHASE 2

BLOOM & DISCOVER = 4 to 6 WEEKS (dependent upon program)
Become addicted to your new bloom and learn how to keep it going

  • Reintroduce a new food every 3 days using LoveLife’s unique method
  • LoveLife Coach reviews your daily tracker and sends a personalized daily email to ensure your success!
